Safety Measures & Protective Gear

- Always wear a USDOT-approved helmet, eye protection, and full protective clothing (boots, gloves, long pants).
- Never operate a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Ensure riders under the age of 16 are under constant adult supervision and riding age-appropriate models.
Prohibition of Engine Alterations
The customer agrees not to alter, modify, or “tune” the engine or speed controller to increase the factory-set top speed. Modifying the engine or electrical components can make the vehicle unstable, unsafe, and will immediately void all warranties. Outlaw Motos is not responsible for any mechanical failure or injury caused by unauthorized modifications.
Maintenance Responsibility
The owner is solely responsible for the ongoing maintenance and safety inspections of the vehicle. Always check tire pressure, brakes, and bolt tightness before every ride.
